The OBoma's administration OK this setup (excessive bonus) and was slipped into the budget bill at the last moment----so all the outrage is fake(Oboma's and congress)to the core........ do you get the idea that the "change" people voted for is just words; but then again, what would one expect from a person who NEVER held ANY leadership position.
